Carolyn is a fantastic teacher who will adapt to the needs and level of her students. She spreads great energy, and has a style that makes it easy to follow her. I've seen her teach different classes, all centered around flows and alignment, never short of fun & play if appropriate. She brought corrections that have helped me to deepen my practice. Would definitely recommend to anyone from beginner level to more advanced yogis!
