What will you be doing on the retreat:

The yoga dynamic retreat invites all people who practise yoga or have a movement practice to explore deeper into the possibilities of smart, effective movement. While always referring back to the basics of good alignment, working towards strong core and glutes, this retreat will add to your practice and show you how you can move in more powerful and useful ways.

To complement the yoga practice you will get amazing chiropractic adjustment, that will free your body and help it work at its highest potential. Whether you are suffering from chronic pain and wanting to discover a new lifestyle and possible solutions to recover from your discomfort or you just want to release your body from all tensions, the bodywork sessions will help you achieve your goal. Repetitive unbalanced movement will, in the long run, hurt your body. It is important to take care of yourself and understand how your body is working and if it is moving in the way it should be for ultimate mobility.

 Where will you be staying:

 In a fully equipped 4 bedroom house located in a beautiful area of the Costa Brava, in the province of Girona. Tamariu is a small coastal village an hour and a half north of Barcelona.

 Who is this retreat for:

 The yoga dynamic retreat is for people with a foundational yoga practice and would like to deepen there practice. The bodywork sessions received from a chiropractor will complement the yoga practice to further develop the connection to your body by bringing an understanding of how your body is working and if it is moving in the way it should be for ultimate mobility and painless activities.

 What a typical day of the retreat will look like:

 6:30am: Wake-up, tea 7:00am: Meditation and Yoga 8:45am: Breakfast 9:30am: Bodywork, Journalling and Free time 12:00pm: Yoga 1:30pm: Buffet Lunch 2.30pm: Bodywork and free time 5.00pm: Group activity 7.00pm: Free time 8.00pm: Dinner

 What will you be eating:

 Delicious plant-based meals set up to fuel your body with healthy energy. Lots of snacks to enjoy between meals and soft drinks will also be available.

 Where will you be sleeping:

 The retreat has 2 twin rooms and 1 double room. You can choose the beautiful en-suite double room with access to the balcony. This is a great choice if you are coming with your partner or a close friend. You can also request it for yourself at an additional cost.Opt for the twin room with a stunning view of the sea and pink coastal rocks.Opt for the second twin room overlooking the back garden of the house. Both twin rooms are with shared bathrooms.

 The two closest airports are Girona (50min away) and Barcelona (1h30 away) with easy bus transportation to Palafrugell where we wcan pick you up.
