This workshop is open to all levels. The basics are essential to protect the joints and keep a neutral spine for a healthy back and good posture.
This workshop will show you how movement can help with aches and pains from a day of sitting down at work hunched over a computer or phone. It will cover the basics needed to PRACTICE SAFELY DAILY.
