What to expect :
You have access to 10 videos, 15 to 20 min long
Each video will work on something new to help your posture

- Core work
- Activating your glutes
- Shoulders strength and mobility
- Hip mobility
and so much more!
The importance of posture is undeniable and this is the first step to strengthening and mobilizing our body toward an optimal posture.
A private Facebook group for the challenge is available to join to ask questions, post your progress and join the community.
Make sure to take photos before and after the challenge to see your improvements.
Every day a new video will be avaialble to enjoy in your own time. All videoa are in English and French.
You will have access to this for life to keep working on your posture when ever you need.
