Let’s keep moving together! Movement, mediation and breathing techniques can really help boost your immune system and keep you feeling healthy and strong.
I have planned a great immunity boosting class for you on Monday 10am CET. This first class will be given in English.

If you have never used Zoom before you only need to download the app or connect to https://zoom.us , you will need to add an email address and a password. It’s very similar to Skype but we can have a whole community together at the same time. You will be able to see and hear me (and if you would like I will be able to see you, so I can still keep an eye on your form and guide you safely through the practice, this is optional ).
Set up a nice space at home with your computer, tablet or phone set up to be able to see and hear me well, a mat and any props you may need (blocks, cushion, blanket… ) We will not need any props in particular but have them close if you prefer practising with any.
If you couldn’t make the call don’t worry, I will be uploading it to a private link on youtube that I will send you to to enjoy anytime.

These are all Central European times, GMT +1 Join from wherever you are and let’s all practise together.

As of the 23rd of March, I will be hosting classes for CHF 15.- a class or CHF 50.- for a 5 class pass. If you are interested in continuing to practise with me please send me your times and days that suit you and I will plan out a schedule to be able to accommodate as many of you as possible.
