Yoga for triathletes

Is this cours for me?

Are you a triathlete or do you run, cycle or swim? then yes this course if designed for you!

Yoga, mobility, breath work and biomechanics will help you with your sports, enhancing athletic performance, preventing injuries and increasing flexibility. This is only the surface of what we will be working on! We go deeper into understanding the mechanics or our bodies in movement and how and why injuries, discomforts happen. How to optimize movement and breath for optimal performance.

8 week online programme

Content pre recorded ready for you on sign up:

  • Posture
  • Resetting your body (core and Glutes)
  • The breath
  • Shoulders and neck (upper back)
  • Hips and back (lower back)
  • Stertching vs mobility
  • Balance (hands and feet)

You have workshops filled with information about anatomy and movement to look over in your own time. It is digestible information so you can understand what is going on in your body in movement. 

Pre recordsed you have two 30 min flows related to the topic of the week, these are shorter classes so you can come back to them at any time and work on the areas you need at any given time. Short and to the point every move in these classes have a reason for being there to help you in overall adaptability in your body.

In week 1 and 8 each participant gets a private class with me. Week 1 will be where I asses you and watch you move. In week 8, Iwill design a class just for you with the elements you need the most. 

All classes live and all are recorded for you to enjoy at anytime time during and after the program has ended. Each class is uploaded as soon as possible for you to enjoy if you cannot make a class.

I make sure that everyone gets consent feedback! It may be online, but I have my eye on you always making sure that this is the best experience for you.
