About the Event
HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) which alternates high-intensity exercises with recovery periods with more moderate exercises. The sequence is repeated several times in a loop to stimulate the metabolism and maximize oxygenation.
This is a more intensive form of yoga with cardio oriented parts included.
Lots of options are given, chose what feels best for you, we will start with a normal flow and the last sequence we add the HIIT, try it out and see how you feel :-)
This is such a fun class to really release any negative energy or worry.
