8-week online programme for better mobility with sustainable movements

🤔 Do you enjoy training / exercising but struggle to find / make time to “stretch” and balance out your body afterwards?

🤔 Do you experience recurring pains / injuries and would you like to understand more about how the body works?

I definitely used to train so hard in one sport that I had recurring injuries. I knew where they were coming from but I just thought I couldn’t do anything about it because that was what I loved to do. Then I became aware of basic movement patterns that optimized my mobility.

I started yoga and after noticing a big improvement I decided I wanted to learn more and took a training course in LYT yoga and my body drastically changed. The pain went away, my understanding of movement shifted and my performance increased without even trying.

Now I would like to share it with those who love training too but would like to improve their mobility and understand how you can do that sustainably.

What this 8-weeks online programme will deliver:
