If you have never used Zoom before you only need to download the app or connect to https://zoom.us , you will need to add an email address and a password. It’s very similar to Skype but we can have a whole community together at the same time. You will be able to see and hear me (and if you would like I will be able to see you, so I can still keep an eye on your form and guide you safely through the practice, this is optional ).  You can sign into the call using the Zoom link you will receive once signed up to the event or use the ID code and type it in from here: https://zoom.us/join 

Set up a nice space at home with your computer, tablet or phone set up to be able to see and hear me well, a mat and any props you may need (blocks, cushion, blanket… ) We will not need any props in particular but have them close if you prefer practising with any. 

These are all Central European times, GMT +1 Join from wherever you are and let’s all practise together.

Join in on one, join them all, they are here to help you feel your best, get that blood flowing, boosting your immunity with bigger and stronger breaths and help everyone feel a little bit lighter and brighter in these strange times.

Levels: 

- Level 1: Discover the fundamentals of good movement and mobility and explore the type of yoga I teach step by step. The goal is to connect to your body, understand what the poses are, and what you are trying to accomplish with each pose and transition.

- Level 1 + 2: These classes will be slower and controlled but will give options to increase the intensity. Flow with all the first options or challenge yourself to add an option when you feel you can. 

- Level 2 + 3: These classes will be slightly faster and add a stream of the first 3 sequences at the end. Options are always given so you can adapt to your needs. Practice the whole class or stop before the stream, the option is yours. The stream works not only on increasing the challenge and good stress and demand you put on your muscles but will also get your neurons working with brain mapping repetition techniques.

- Level 3 +: This is a high-intensity interval training that will require quick short, bursts of energy to get your heart rate up and a good sweat on. This is one of the more demanding and energy-extensive movement practice you can do.
